4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

   We ship to addresses within the European Union. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

2. Returns:

   You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless defective.

3. Refunds:

   Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bratislava, Slovakia, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

9. Changes to Terms

HerboMax reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
